Job summary

SingHealth Group, partnering with SingHealth Community Hospital, is seeking a role to enhance human capital capabilities and the employee value proposition through HR planning and analytics.

You will support HR planning, update policies, manage nominations for recognition awards, and provide admin support for employee surveys. Your HR analytics will inform decisions on retention, engagement, and culture across SCH.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in any discipline; GD HRM or stats certs add advantage.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and statutory legislation.
• Proficient with MS Office, HRIS and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support HR planning process and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage nominations for employee recognition awards and assist surveys.
• Conduct HR analytics to generate insights for decision-making (retention, engagement).
• Update organisation’s Balanced Scorecard and coordinate statutory surveys.
