Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced HR Employee Partner in Singapore to translate business strategies into people initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness. You will partner with site leaders to shape workforce planning, organization design and talent management, while improving employee engagement and change management.

You will leverage workforce analytics to identify trends and inform decisions, build trusted relationships, and drive workforce capability across a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of HR partnering experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into effective people programs and drive change.
• Proficiency in HR systems, data storytelling and market trends to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into integrated people strategies for organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management and employee engagement.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, assess risks and support evidence-based decisions.
