Job summary

Pan & Company Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with the C-suite and lead a small HR team. You will shape organisation design, workforce strategy, leadership development and transformation while guiding 3 HR Business Partners to support the business across 700+ headcount.

You will report into the Head of People and be pivotal in aligning people investments with strategic priorities, culture and change initiatives for a high-impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering senior executives and business leadership.
• Government-linked organisations/public institutions experience welcome.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on organisation and workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession, talent, culture and change.
• Translate business priorities into practical people and organisational strategies.
• Own workforce/headcount planning in partnership with Finance and senior leadership.
