RTX is seeking a Senior HR Employee Partner in Singapore to translate business needs into integrated people strategies, partnering with leaders to enable organizational effectiveness and sustainable workforce capability.

You will collaborate on workforce planning, talent management, engagement, ER, and change initiatives, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and drive performance. This role is onsite and requires 8+ years of HR partnering experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 8 years in HR partnering.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into effective people programs.
• Strong business acumen linking workforce capability to performance outcomes.
• Ability to interpret workforce data and HR metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategies into people plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as trusted adviser to assigned unit, anticipating challenges and delivering data-informed solutions.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, org design, talent management, engagement, ER, and change management.
• Leverage workforce analytics to foresee trends and support evidence-based decisions.
