Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior HR Employee Partner in Singapore to translate business needs into integrated people strategies, partnering with leaders to enable organizational effectiveness and sustainable workforce capability.

You will collaborate on workforce planning, talent management, engagement, ER, and change initiatives, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and drive performance. This role is onsite and requires 8+ years of HR partnering experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 8 years in HR partnering.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into effective people programs.
• Strong business acumen linking workforce capability to performance outcomes.
• Ability to interpret workforce data and HR metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders translate business strategies into integrated people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, operational performance and sustainable workforce capability.
• Acts as a trusted adviser to assigned business unit, anticipating business and people challenges and providing practical, data-informed solutions
• Collaborate with site business leaders to formulate workforce planning, organization design, talent management, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations, leadership development and change management.
• Leverages workforce analytics insights to identify emerging workforce trends, evaluate organizational risks and opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Strengthening people effectiveness, developing critical capabilities, improving employee experience and aligning people priorities with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources partnering

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence and constructively challenge stakeholders, coach leaders and drive organisational change across a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving and project management skills.
