Job summary

The Talent Lever is representing a regional technology company in Singapore seeking an HR business partner who can influence leadership decisions with data and judgement. You will act as the single voice for two business units, shaping org design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to align hiring, development, and design with business needs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in HR with at least 3 as a genuine business partner to senior stakeholders
• Depth in the Singapore employment framework — MOM requirements, fair employment practice, workforce regulations
• Data confidence: you build the argument in numbers before you make it in the room
• Experience in scaling or matrixed environments where influence beats authority
• Evidence of changing a leadership decision — not just implementing one

Responsibilities

• Partner two business units (≈100 people) as their single people voice, org design, talent calls, the works
• Drive workforce and succession planning: who's ready, who's stuck, who's a flight risk, with a point of view
• Turn people data into decisions the leadership team acts on, attrition, engagement, pay-review discipline
• Handle senior ER matters personally, with judgment, discretion, and full command of Singapore employment law
• Coach managers to lead properly and push back on leaders when the plan is wrong, with the alternative ready
• Partner Talent Acquisition and L&D so hiring, development and org design pull in one direction
