Responsibilities

• Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): validate requests, track milestones, maintain records in HR systems, and escalate issues as needed.
• Deliver New Leader Integration services via ServiceNow: verify eligibility, guide leaders through toolkit, coordinate pulse surveys, analyze responses, and summarize findings.
• Coordinate HR stakeholders: provide guidance and status updates to managers, HR Partners, Employee Relations, and Talent COE; ensure confidentiality.
• Support service delivery and continuous improvement: maintain trackers, monitor SLAs, create knowledge articles, and identify automation opportunities.
