Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment from planning to onboarding and to partner with managers across HR functions.

The role covers HR operations, compensation, performance management, and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in HR, exposure to manufacturing or plant environments, and solid stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or plant environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations independently while balancing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• IHRP certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities from manpower planning through onboarding.
• Partner hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and coordinate candidate selection processes.
• Manage employment offers, onboarding arrangements, and new hire integration.
• Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations cases, including performance management discussions, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee exits.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to support retention and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee employee records and ensure HR documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including appointments, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment legislation.
• Support compensation and benefits administration activities.
• Review payroll data submissions and collaborate with payroll providers or internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist in annual compensation review exercises and related HR programs when required.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation exercises, and performance appraisal processes.
• Support training administration, learning initiatives, and maintenance of employee training records.
• Work with stakeholders to promote employee development and capability building.
• Manage work pass administration and liaise with relevant authorities where required.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and support audit requirements.
• Participate in HR transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and special projects.
