Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore to manage the full recruitment cycle, oversee staff onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate HR records.

You will coordinate interviews, handle work passes and permits, ensure compliance with expiry dates, and provide administrative support for events and team coverage.

Diploma in HR is required; entry-level applicants are welcome, with experience in HR a plus.

• Experience in HR functions will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and issue employment contracts.
• Handle staff lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and conduct exit interviews.
• Administer HR records: maintain accurate staff records in the HR system and manage personnel files (P-Files).
• Oversee all employee passes & permits: apply for, renew, issue, and terminate all required passes, including Work Passes, Staff Passes, and specialized passes (e.g., Changi Airport Pass, Jurong Island).
• Ensure compliance: track pass expiry dates and process timely cancellations/returns upon termination.
• Provide administrative support: assist with event planning and provide team coverage as required.
