Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive to oversee the full employee life cycle, ensure accurate payroll, and maintain compliance with Singaporean regulations. You will mentor junior staff and drive HR process improvements while supporting organizational initiatives and employee relations.

Your role covers onboarding through offboarding, payroll accuracy, CPF/tax submissions, records maintenance, and work pass administration in a fast-paced environment aligned with local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR operations; work pass administration is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll processing including commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, taxes, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Draft and manage employment-related letters (contracts, confirmations, increments, bonuses).
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance.
• Manage foreign staff, including medicals, insurance, and portal updates.
• Lead HR projects, process improvements, and HR initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plans and employee movements.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and government surveys.
