Job summary

JC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore and support regional HR matters. The role requires managing payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of HR experience with full-spectrum HR functions.
• Strong hands-on experience in Singapore payroll and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, statutory requirements, and work-pass regulations.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Regional HR exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in tech or fast-growing environments is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle management, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, statutory contributions, tax-related requirements, and compliance with local regulations.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers across different functions.
• Manage HR operations, including employment contracts, employee records, leave administration, work pass applications, HR documentation, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, and other compensation-related matters.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR queries and employee-related matters.
• Support regional HR activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers across different markets.
• Maintain and improve existing HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and support HR-related reporting and administrative requirements.
