Job summary

Spinnaker in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our international shipping business. This hands-on generalist role requires taking ownership of HR operations and partnering with leaders across the organization.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and regulatory compliance including MOM requirements. Prior experience with Employment Pass/S Pass and payroll is advantageous, and applicants must be Singapore Citizens or

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience supporting at least 100 white-collar employees.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Experience handling Employment Pass and S Pass applications would be highly advantageous.

• Take ownership of day-to-day HR activities across the business.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure smooth employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations and HR administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and MOM requirements.
