Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

You will handle work passes, leave administration, tax matters, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant HR generalist experience, covering the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, work pass management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• A proactive, meticulous, and service-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation.
• Administer monthly payroll with accurate processing.
• Prepare annual bonus, increments, and compensation docs.
• Manage leave administration and entitlement setup.
• Coordinate annual income tax filing (IR21) and liaise with tax agents.
• Process annual statutory claims (childcare, maternity).
• Administer employee insurance matters.
• Coordinate employee training programmes and requests.
• Support compensation and benefits, including resignations.
• Handle employee relations and grievances.
• Prepare employment-related letters and verifications.
• Provide HR reports and support ad-hoc projects.
• Assist General Administration as backup.
