Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple sites in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Good knowledge of local employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers on HR matters.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned business sites and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment coordination: sourcing candidates and interview arrangements.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: contracts, verification, medicals, work passes, setup and logistics.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for NTS employees.
• Manage probation, contract renewals, and offboarding per local regulations.
• Maintain HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and dashboards for management decisions.
• Assist with HR system enhancements, automation and audits.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment matters.
• Handle employee relations: PIP, disciplinary cases, cessation and retirement and warnings.
• Liaise with unions and stakeholders on employee relations.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site HR support to locations.
