You will partner with line managers, drive salary reviews, manage outsourced payroll, and handle employee relations while protecting confidentiality and ensuring adherence to Singapore employment law. Degree in Business or HR and 6+ years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• 2+ years handling payroll.
• Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law.

• Direct hiring and onboarding processes with talent acquisition partner.
• Manage payroll outsourcing and income tax returns.
• Coordinate compensation, reward and performance processes.
