SPD Scientific Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and support HR initiatives across engagement, performance, and payroll administration.

The role reports to the HR Manager and collaborates with multiple departments to deliver efficient HR services, maintain accurate employee records, and drive a positive workplace culture within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full employee lifecycle in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance in Singapore.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support across engagement, performance, learning, and HR operations.
• Manage onboarding to offboarding with compliance to HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labour laws.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
