Private Advertiser is seeking an HR associate to support daily operational HR activities in Singapore. You will handle work pass applications, coordinate medical examinations, onboard new hires, and support staff welfare programs.

Ideal candidates have a degree and 3–5 years of HR experience, especially with work passes, and are organised, meticulous, and able to work independently while valued as team players.

Competenze

• Minimum degree holder or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, especially in work passes management.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and team player.

Mansioni

• Assist with work pass applications and renewals related matters.
• Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment.
• Provide administrative support for new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Collate and check all performance appraisal forms ratings in HRIS.
• Provide support for all HR led events and staff welfare.
• Maintain an effective HR filing system.
