Spinnaker in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our international shipping business. This hands-on generalist role requires taking ownership of HR operations and partnering with leaders across the organization.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and regulatory compliance including MOM requirements. Prior experience with Employment Pass/S Pass and payroll is advantageous, and applicants must be Singapore Citizens or

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join an international shipping business based in Singapore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR generalist background who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of their work and working closely with people across the business.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally 5–7 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Essential: Previous HR experience supporting at least 100 white-collar employees.
• Strong experience across HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Experience handling Employment Pass and S Pass applications would be highly advantageous.
• Payroll experience would be beneficial.
• A proactive, organised individual who enjoys employee engagement and bringing people together.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day HR activities while continuing to develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
