Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for HR and Admin support. The candidate will oversee recruitment activities, manage employee records, administer payroll processes, and coordinate training programs. This role requires a Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B or retail and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Times Software is essential. Only Singaporeans may apply.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant hands-on HR and Admin experience preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HRIS data.
  • Manage staff attendance, overtime records, and generate reports from timekeeping systems.
  • Administer payroll processes including CPF and IRAS submissions.
  • Coordinate training programs, work pass applications, and staff benefit claims.
  • Prepare and submit MOM and other statutory reports.
  • Arrange and organize staff activities.

Skills

Good communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good working knowledge in Times Software
