Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support HR functions ensuring accurate employee data management. You will be responsible for processing payroll, coordinating recruitment, and managing employee records. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business or HR with at least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Job Summary

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and support key HR functions to ensure accurate employee data management and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate recruitment activities and government submissions, driving operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll including salary disbursement and CPF contributions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Coordinate resume sourcing and schedule interviews to support talent acquisition efforts and streamline hiring processes
  • Maintain and update employee records within the BIPO HR system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Execute daily HR and office administrative tasks to support smooth organizational operations
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals to ensure compliance with immigration regulations and uninterrupted workforce deployment
  • Prepare and submit government claims such as GPML and CCL to secure entitled reimbursements and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with supervisors to undertake additional duties that contribute to HR and office effectiveness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing and related compliance
  • Experience in healthcare sector is advantageous, supporting specialized HR needs within that industry
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll and employee data management
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple HR functions efficiently
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
