Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Executive to support the full employee lifecycle, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR administration. You will ensure accurate data, timely submissions, and strong HR controls while acting as a primary contact for employees, managers, and external service providers.

The role covers monthly payroll coordination, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, reporting, and ongoing process improvement to harmonise HR

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Practical experience in HR Operations and Singapore payroll.
• Good knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS and MOM-related processes.
• Experience coordinating employee benefits and employment administration.
• Exposure to HR reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, benefits and employment administration activities.
• Support compensation & benefits activities including salary reviews, benchmarking, budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee, payroll and remuneration data.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics and statutory submissions.
• Ensure appropriate controls are maintained across payroll, employee data and HR administration processes.
• Support HR audit and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related enquiries.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors, service providers and external stakeholders where required.
• Support continuous improvement, harmonisation and digitalisation of HR processes and systems.
• Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as required.
