Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Senior Executive/Executive (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) to support a growing healthcare organisation. You will manage the full payroll function while supporting compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, work pass matters, statutory reporting and HR operations.

As a key member of the HR team, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely payroll processing, while driving efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, including end-to-end payroll.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore payroll practices, CPF, IRAS, Employment Act and MOM work pass regulations.
• Experience in healthcare sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, leave and movements.
• Administer compensation and benefits, annual salary reviews, promotions and bonuses.
• Support manpower budgeting, forecasting and cost variance analysis.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and regulatory coordination with authorities.
• Maintain leave records, carry-forward, encashment and year-end processes.
• Ensure CPF, income tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Identify process improvements for payroll, compensation and HR operations.
