Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, coordinating with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

The role also covers payroll validation, statutory reporting (CPF, tax), and support for international employees and cross-border mobility. It includes managing vendor performance and contributing to process improvements within HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with external payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payment.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation and ensure appropriate payroll controls are in place.
• Handle payroll-related statutory reporting, including CPF, tax reporting and government-paid leave claims.
• Support payroll activities for international employees, expatriates and cross-border mobility arrangements.
• Manage payroll vendor performance, resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Support payroll audits, compliance reviews, system implementations and enhancement projects.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, tax, statutory deductions and related matters.
• Manage employee lifecycle and HR operations activities, including benefits administration and employee records.
• Support work pass applications, cancellations and other employment pass-related activities.
• Maintain HR/payroll documentation and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
