Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive – Payroll & Total Rewards to join our HR team in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on payroll, compensation and benefits, HR operations and employee support.

You will handle end-to-end payroll for about 300 employees mostly in Singapore with a smaller Indonesia payroll, manage statutory submissions like CPF and IRAS, and contribute to annual salary reviews and Total Rewards initiatives. Joo Koon location with transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, accounting or related.
• 2–5 years HR/payroll experience.
• End-to-end payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll statutory requirements CPF/IRAS.
• Experience with large employee populations.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Timesoft).
• Confidential payroll handling and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for ~300 employees.
• Backup Payroll Exec handling larger population.
• Process attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions and leave.
• Manage payroll movements: new hires, raises, transfers, resignations, final salary.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 submissions.
• Process government paid leave claims and NS make-up.
• Prepare payroll, manpower and cost reports.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll data.
• Respond to payroll and HR enquiries.
• Support benefits, insurance and wellness programmes.
• Assist with annual salary review and incentives.
• Support compensation benchmarking and Total Rewards initiatives.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and HR operations.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects.
