Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll operations for its client base in Singapore. You will handle end-to-end payroll, benefits administration, and related compliance tasks.

The role requires solid knowledge of local statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, WICA) and hands-on experience with payroll vendors and HR systems, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in payroll.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience handling WICA, employee insurance, and claims.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes.
• Manage WICA and employee insurance claims.
• Ensure CPF, IRAS, AIS, and related reporting compliance.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Assist HR systems administration and process improvements.
• Serve as HR contact for payroll, benefits, and insurance inquiries.
