Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites an experienced Senior HR Executive (Compensation, Benefits & Payroll) for a 3 months contract, with a possibility of extension, in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and related HR duties.

You will handle WICA and employee insurance claims, ensure statutory compliance, and support HR reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years HR experience with at least 5 years payroll administration.
• Proven end-to-end payroll, compensation and benefits management experience.
• Experience with WICA, employee insurance, and claims management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll vendors and HR systems.
• Experience in social service, healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, and payroll-related employee matters.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including salary administration and employee welfare initiatives.
• Manage Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA) and employee insurance claims, including coordination with insurers, brokers, medical providers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS submissions, AIS, Make-Up Pay, Government-Paid Leave claims, and related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
• Support HR systems administration, process improvements, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Serve as a key HR contact for payroll, benefits, compensation, and insurance-related enquiries.
