Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Singapore to own daily payroll operations and engage with stakeholders. You will partner with the external vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, while guiding annual CPF and tax reporting and audits.

The role covers mobility payroll, governance, and process improvements, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation, and employee inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of payroll experience with hands-on processing.
• Experience in global mobility administration is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Singapore payroll legislation and CPF/IRAS reporting.
• Experience handling payroll audits and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate payroll day-to-day delivery and engage stakeholders.
• Partner with external payroll vendor for end-to-end cycle and controls.
• Lead annual payroll, CPF and year-end tax reporting compliance.
• Manage payroll vendor governance, SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Support international assignments and mobility payroll arrangements.
