Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to partner with business units, attract talent, and deliver a positive candidate and onboarding experience.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate pre-employment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, and continuously review HR processes to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units to understand manpower needs, attract suitable talent, deliver a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, shortlisting, reference checks, salary proposals and candidate offer.
• Liaise with Hiring Manager on manpower requirements, recommend suitable sourcing channels and build a talent pipeline through portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including appointment letters, work pass applications, medical check-ups, documentation, system updates and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee information and HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee matters, including leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, appraisal exercises, staff welfare.
• Review and improve recruitment, onboarding and HR processes.
