Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) in Singapore to drive end-to-end recruitment and manage HR operations. The role focuses on building effective talent pipelines and delivering efficient HR services, with the North region as the location anchor.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliant HR practices while supporting workforce planning and reporting. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR practices and recruitment compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, recruitment platforms and job portals, with strong sourcing and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from profiling, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, salary proposals and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and other channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities including work pass applications, documentation, medical arrangements, HR system updates and orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records to support HR reporting, compliance, audits and workforce planning.
• Support daily HR operations including leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance appraisal, staff welfare and employee relations matters.
• Review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes while supporting HR policies, compliance requirements, government surveys and HR projects.

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to support talent acquisition and HR operations, with a focus on building effective talent pipelines and delivering efficient HR services. They are located in the North - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, salary proposals and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs and other channels.
