Job summary

The role also covers onboarding, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Experience supervising junior recruiters and handling high-volume recruitment is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full spectrum HR experience.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment across multiple outlets/business units.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide junior recruiters to improve team performance
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement strategies to enhance hiring efficiency

• Administer employment contracts, documentation, and offboarding procedures
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act regulations and statutory requirements
• Support work pass administration and expatriate-related matters
• Maintain HR reports, manpower planning data, and HRIS records
• Assist with payroll coordination and provide operational backup when required

Requirements

• Diploma in HR or equivalent with at least 5 years of full spectrum of HR
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within high-volume industries
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple outlets or business units
• Prior experience supervising or guiding junior recruiters
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes
• Experience in HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and contract administration
• Familiarity with HR reporting, manpower planning, and HRIS systems
• Payroll knowledge is an added advantage
