Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a prestigious buy side group to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner (SVP) to based in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Business Partnering function with a dual line into the regional stakeholders you partner, this individual will operate in an extremely high touch and commercial environment, being key in shaping and leading the people strategy for your respective middle and back office client groups, leading conversations around people priorities and growth end-to‑end, leads part of a high performing team.

The group operates within a fast‑paced global matrix structure, with a focus on quality deliverables, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable partnering the leadership team of their respective client groups in depth, truly hand holding and advising the business through annual HR processes such as talent reviews and comp rounds in depth, gaining immediate trust and credibility through their understanding of the intricacies of the group.

This individual must be able to balance the strategic and commercial priorities of the role, with the ability to be hands on and navigate ambiguity within a high‑performance culture.

A core focus of the role will be to embed group HR priorities across all of their international markets, driving high touch HR Advisory conversations with the business.

The ideal candidate will have a track record operating as a HR BP Lead (SVP / VP level) in another premium international financial services group (buy side or sell side experience preferred). This individual will have proven expertise partnering global and regional leadership directly, and they will be looking to stay and grow within this top tier financial services group, with a focus on collaboration and high performance. They will have well‑rounded skills – ie comfortable with HR advisory, compensation, ER – able to flex their skills around the requirements of the business to deliver best in class results.
