Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with a shared service model organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational advice on people practices and local employment laws.
• Develop and implement Business Unit’s People strategies.
• Drive activities to build positive employee relations.
• Support the entire employee life-cycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist in annual HR exercises and initiatives.
