RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a busy HR department at Haw Par Technocentre in Singapore. The role covers payroll, work pass administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
You will develop fair HR policies, handle labour legislation, prepare reports, and advise on employee relations while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations. A Diploma or Degree in HR and at least five years of relevant experience are required.
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR Department and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Develop and implement fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.
Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll-related matters and employee administration.
Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
Handle the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Coordinate with relevant departments on hiring plans, resignations, employee confirmations and other HR-related matters.
Manage employee leave and attendance, including leave entries, entitlements, applications, medical certificates and approvals.
Administer training activities, including coordination and enrolment for internal and external courses, and maintain accurate training records.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government-related matters and claims, including CPF, childcare, maternity/paternity leave, NS Make-Up claims, IR8A and IR21.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports accurately and within required timelines.
Provide advice and respond to employees' enquiries on HR-related matters.
Act as a point of contact for labour legislation and employment-related issues.
Handle employee disputes and HR-related matters professionally and confidentially.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum5 yearsof relevant HR or administrative experience.
Experience in the construction industry is required.
Experience handling employee disputes is required.
Strong experience in payroll and work pass administration.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
