Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years in facilities maintenance, preferably in healthcare. You will manage a team, ensure adherence to health and safety practices, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time role, requiring flexibility for a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities maintenance, including 2 years in healthcare.
• Understanding of ACMV, Mechanical, Electrical, Building and BASCO/FRC.
• Certification of Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) advantageous.
