Job summary

YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Guests Relationship Officer to oversee front desk operations across company outlets and offices.

You will supervise reception staff, manage bookings, and ensure service standards are consistently met with professionalism and courtesy. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills, with the ability to coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and other teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, retail or administrative work.
• Experience in staff coordination or supervision preferred.
• Willing to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays according to schedule.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and support the Customer Service Manager effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager in monitoring and coordinating daily duties of receptionists to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure receptionists comply with company procedures, service standards, and work instructions.
• Monitor customer appointment bookings, confirmations and scheduling for accuracy.
• Monitor customer service quality and ensure receptionists provide professional and courteous service.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints when necessary.
• Ensure customer information, CRM data entry and administrative records are properly maintained.
• Monitor telephone handling, appointment management and other receptionist duties.
• Assist in training and guiding new receptionists on their duties and standards.
• Report operational issues, customer feedback and staff performance concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and team members to improve service efficiency.
