is seeking a Senior Guests Relationship Officer to support frontline operations across company outlets and office, ensuring smooth reception, courteous service and professional presentation at all times. You will assist the Customer Service Manager by supervising receptionists, coordinating daily tasks, handling inquiries and feedback, maintaining CRM data, and monitoring bookings and communications to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Customer Service Manager in monitoring and coordinating the daily duties of receptionists to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor customer appointment bookings, confirmations and scheduling to ensure accuracy.
Monitor customer service quality and ensure receptionists provide professional and courteous service.
Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints when necessary.
Ensure customer information, CRM data entry and administrative records are properly maintained.
Monitor telephone handling, appointment management and other receptionist duties.
Assist in training and guiding new receptionists on their job duties and customer service standards.
Report operational issues, customer feedback and staff performance concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
