YONG FU EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Guests Relationship Officer to assist the Customer Service Manager with front desk duties and guest relations at company outlets and office in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating receptionist tasks, supervising staff, handling inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring professional service. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are essential; weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, retail or admin work preferred.
• Experience in staff coordination or supervision is a plus.
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager in monitoring daily front desk duties.
• Monitor appointment bookings, confirmations and scheduling for accuracy.
• Ensure front desk staff follow procedures and service standards.
• Train and guide new receptionists on duties and customer service.
• Report issues and feedback to the Customer Service Manager.
• Coordinate with team to improve service efficiency.
