YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. invites a friendly Guest Relations Officer to warmly welcome clients, provide a professional first impression, and guide them to the outlet at Vision Exchange, Singapore.

This role involves meet-and-greet at MRT stations, confirming arrivals, and ensuring a smooth experience from reception to handover. The position requires good communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work on weekends and rotate shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Punctual, reliable and well-groomed appearance.
• Willing to work on weekends and handle rotating shifts.
• Ability to walk between MRT stations and outlets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and create a professional first impression.
• Meet clients at MRT stations or meeting points and escort to the outlet.
• Confirm arrival times with clients and provide directions when needed.
• Assist with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide information about services, promotions and facilities as required.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to handover to the outlet team.
• Coordinate with outlet staff on arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or changes to the team.
• Handle inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support outlet operations during non-peak periods with admin and CS duties.
