Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Guests Relationship Officer to oversee front desk operations and guest services across company outlets and office in Singapore. You will supervise receptionists, monitor bookings, and ensure high standards of customer service according to procedures.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in customer service or reception, strong communication and CRM familiarity, and are proactive in delivering a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, retail or administrative work is advantageous.
• Experience in staff coordination or supervision is advantageous.
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as per schedule.
• Responsible, organised, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager in monitoring and coordinating the daily duties of receptionists to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure receptionists comply with company procedures, service standards and work instructions.
• Monitor customer appointment bookings, confirmations and scheduling to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor customer service quality and ensure receptionists provide professional and courteous service.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints when necessary.
• Ensure customer information, CRM data entry and administrative records are properly maintained.
• Monitor telephone handling, appointment management and other receptionist duties.
• Assist in training and guiding new receptionists on their job duties and customer service standards.
• Report operational issues, customer feedback and staff performance concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and relevant team members to improve service efficiency and daily operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
