Job summary

Mend TCM Wellness Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Guest Relations Officer based at Vision Exchange, Singapore.

You will warmly welcome clients, guide them from MRT to the outlet, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth start to their visit with clear information about services and promotions. You will work a 5.5 day week, be punctual, presentable and customer‑oriented, capable of handling enquiries and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR citizenship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Meet clients at MRT stations or agreed points and escort them to the outlet.
• Confirm arrival times and provide directions when needed.
• Assist with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide basic information about services, promotions and facilities.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival to handover to outlet team.
• Coordinate with outlet staff on arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or changes promptly.
• Assist with registration, queue management and appointment coordination.
• Handle enquiries professionally and escalate complaints when needed.
• Support outlet operations during non-peak periods with admin and CS duties.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance and uphold service standards.
