Job summary

Kiztopia Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Guest Experience Executive to develop and run engaging event programs across birthday parties, school visits, stage performances and playground activities. You will craft high-quality content and coordinate events to ensure memorable guest experiences.

The role focuses on program management, content creation and delivering excellent service while leading a team during busy event periods.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends or event periods as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple bookings and tasks.
• Proactive, adaptable and positive, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in using booking platforms, spreadsheets and reporting software.
• Competent in coordinating with vendors, managing orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and respond to inquiries via Salesforce, WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins.
• Recommend add-ons and upgrades to maximize event revenue and guest experience.
• Document preferences, process invoices/payments, handle vendor relations and inventory.
• Act as the primary contact for hosts before/during/after events for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with operations on service standards and event details.
• Train, coach and audit Party Masters; maintain training materials and re-train as needed.
• Analyze workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and assist with data reporting and market research.
• Mentor the Guest Experience team on complex bookings and oversee daily operations in the manager's absence.
