Job summary

Kiztopia Services Pte Ltd is seeking reliable Event Crew to support guest admission, welcome guests, and operate attractions at outdoor venues in Singapore. The role requires standing and moving for long periods and working across weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe guest flow, supervising inflatables and rides, handling POS transactions, and providing courteous guest assistance. Training in safety procedures is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, where required.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
• First Aid certification or training would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the attraction to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines for inflatables, carnival activities, rides, and other attractions.
• Monitor inflatables, rides and/or carnival structures for signs of wear and tear, and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Assist guests with the safe entry and exit of attractions and provide guidance on attraction rules where required.
• Handle merchandise sales and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist guests with inquiries, feedback, and lost-and-found matters in a courteous and professional manner
• Work closely with team members to support smooth daily operations and maintain service standards
