Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented frontline role.
• Supervisory experience in childcare, recreation, or entertainment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public/ school holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Full-time position and location may vary across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Manage duty roster, cleaning schedule, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment and meal-time arrangements.
• Manage service crew performance; develop training plans for service excellence.
• Maintain floor order and manage customer traffic.
• Oversee and streamline workflow; provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
• Look after playground safeness and handle accidents and emergencies.
• Undertake and execute special projects assigned by the supervisor.
