• Address customer and staff satisfaction promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ethics.
• Network with clients to enhance branch reputation.
• Brief crew and lead events, promotions, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing on activities and events.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Complete incident reports when needed.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training.
