• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event periods.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting and logistics
• Develop and execute comprehensive event timelines and project plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors and stakeholders to secure services and negotiate contracts
• Oversee event operations on the day, including staff coordination, setup, guest management and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements throughout the event planning and execution process
• Monitor event budgets and expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities whilst maintaining quality standards
• Gather and analyse client feedback and post-event data to continually improve event offerings and service delivery
• Lead and mentor junior event staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations and communicate updates
