is seeking a seasoned HR leader to shape people strategies across multiple international markets, owning end-to-end HR functions spanning compensation, workforce planning, and performance management. You will drive HQ policy rollout, analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions, design holistic compensation frameworks, manage cross-border HR operations, and coach the HR team to deliver high-impact projects that support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience across core HR disciplines including Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Policy formulation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rollout and refinement of HQ HR policies and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Track and analyse HR metrics to identify workforce trends and translate insights for leadership.
• Formulate and implement holistic Compensation & Benefits frameworks to attract and retain talent.
• Manage international HR functions including headcount planning, policy deployment, and performance cycles.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of HR operations and coach HR administrative team members.
• Develop structured HR policies and proposals addressing organisational needs clearly.
• Lead and deliver high-impact HR projects contributing to business growth and transformation.
