is seeking a seasoned HR leader to shape people strategies across multiple international markets, owning end-to-end HR functions spanning compensation, workforce planning, and performance management. You will drive HQ policy rollout, analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions, design holistic compensation frameworks, manage cross-border HR operations, and coach the HR team to deliver high-impact projects that support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience across core HR disciplines including Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Policy formulation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to shape and drive people strategies across multiple international markets. This role takes ownership of end-to-end HR functions spanning compensation, workforce planning, and performance management, while playing a key role in Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the rollout and ongoing refinement of Headquarter HR policies and processes, ensuring they remain closely aligned with evolving business objectives
• Track and analyse HR metrics to identify workforce trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership
• Formulate and implement holistic Compensation & Benefits frameworks designed to attract, motivate, and retain high-calibre talent
• Manage the full scope of international HR functions including headcount planning, policy deployment, process improvement, and performance management cycles
• Provide day-to-day oversight of HR operations and coach HR administrative team members to enhance team efficiency and service delivery
• Develop well-structured HR policies and proposals that address organisational needs clearly and effectively
• Lead and deliver high-impact HR projects that contribute meaningfully to business growth and transformation as directed

Job Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience across core HR disciplines including Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Policy formulation
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering HR initiatives on time and within scope
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and review relevant documents
• Sound knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia labour laws and working environments
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with a demonstrated ability to operate with resilience, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment
