• Draft and review job descriptions and position roles in the market.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers, including pre-employment checks.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews.
• Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual and periodic performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on policies and processes.
• Onboard new employees and manage employee lifecycle activities (transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
