Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to design and execute the worldwide people strategy, aligning HR operations with global business goals.

You will lead teams across multiple countries and oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership development, and employee relations. You will steer global workforce planning, advise top management on organization design, and manage compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years leading global teams.
• Proven track record in a multinational company.
• Deep knowledge of international labor laws and cultural norms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for the C-suite.
• Data-driven decision-making using global HR analytics.
