Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Compensation & Benefits initiatives in Singapore. You will conduct salary benchmarking, analyze market data, and support annual compensation cycles with accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with regional and HQ teams, manage external vendors, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and partner with stakeholders to deliver competitive, equitable remuneration while maintaining high professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
• Experience working with government agencies and managing external vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis with external consultants to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Participate in market surveys and analyse compensation data to support equitable and competitive remuneration practices.
• Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programmes.
• Partner with regional and headquarters teams to support compensation initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support HR projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners on HR-related matters and special projects.
• Provide support for HR administration and operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
